Job Description - Online Live Chat Manager

Job Description:


Land O’Lakes is seeking a part-time Online Live Chat Manager to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. As the Online Live Chat Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our online chat system, ensuring a positive customer experience and driving sales through effective communication with our customers.


Responsibilities: - Manage the online chat system, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Monitor chat conversations to ensure quality and accuracy of information provided - Train and supervise chat agents to ensure high standards of customer service - Collaborate with other departments to gather relevant information and resolve customer issues - Analyze chat data to identify trends and make recommendations for improving customer service - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online chat management - Handle escalated customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner - Develop and implement strategies to increase chat engagement and drive sales


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 5+ years of experience in online chat management or customer service - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Driven and adaptable personality traits - Proficient in research and project management - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience with CRM systems and chat software preferred
