Job Description:
Dover is seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as an Online Live Chat Manager in Montreal, Quebec. As an Associate Level position, the Online Live Chat Manager will be responsible for managing online live chat interactions with customers, providing support, resolving issues, and ultimately enhancing the overall customer experience.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage live chat interactions with customers, responding promptly and effectively to inquiries and issues. 2. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Dover products and services to provide accurate information to customers. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution. 4. Monitor chat performance metrics, analyze data, and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction. 5. Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to streamline live chat operations. 6. Work closely with the customer service team to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience across all channels.
Requirements: 1. 5 years of relevant experience in customer service or online chat support. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to negotiate effectively with customers. 3. Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Energetic and motivated personality with a passion for exceeding customer expectations. 5. Proficiency in using chat support software and other customer service tools. 6. Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively with a team. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
