Job Description:
Kimberly-Clark, a leading global consumer goods company, is seeking a passionate and driven Online Live Chat Officer to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As an Associate Level position, you will be responsible for handling live chat interactions with customers, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: - Monitor and respond to incoming live chat messages from customers in a timely manner - Provide accurate information, guidance, and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and orders - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints effectively - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Assist in other customer service related tasks as needed
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset - Strong planning and problem-solving abilities - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools - Flexible and adaptive to evolving job responsibilities - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
