Online Live Chat Officer

Job Description:

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Online Live Chat Officer in Toronto, Ontario. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide real-time support to customers through online live chat - Assist customers with product inquiries, order tracking, and issue resolution - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and maintain accurate records - Identify opportunities for process improvement and escalate issues as needed - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

Requirements: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Driven and resilient personality traits - Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Availability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends
