Online Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

Ralph Lauren is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Online Live Chat Representative based in Toronto, Ontario, CA. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service through online live chat, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally. 2. Assist customers with product information, sizing, availability, and order processing. 3. Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary. 4. Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency. 5. Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved through positive interactions and follow-up communication. 6. Collaborate with other departments to improve the overall customer experience and provide feedback on chat performance. 7. Uphold company policies and procedures while adhering to quality standards and service levels. 8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. Driven and dedicated individual with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving. 2. Strong leadership and project management skills to prioritize workload and meet deadlines. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with customers. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 5. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required. 6. Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with online chat platforms. 7. Experience in a similar role in the retail or customer service industry is an asset.
