Online Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

Hanesbrands is seeking a part-time Online Live Chat Representative to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service or online chat support role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide customer support through online live chat, assisting with inquiries, troubleshooting, and providing solutions to enhance the customer experience. 2. Respond promptly to customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy, ensuring a positive interaction. 3. Utilize knowledge of products, services, and policies to effectively address customer needs and provide accurate information. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems as needed. 5. Maintain thorough and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. Independent and reliable individual with excellent time management skills to handle multiple chat sessions effectively. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with customers and convey information clearly. 3. Previous experience in a customer service or online chat support role is preferred. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. 5. Proficiency in using chat software and customer service platforms.
