Online Support Assistant

Job Description:

NRG Energy is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as an Online Support Assistant in Vancouver, British Columbia. This is a part-time position at the associate level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing support to our online customers and ensuring a positive experience for all users.

Responsibilities: - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries through email, live chat, and social media platforms - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team members - Assist in the development and maintenance of online support resources such as FAQs and tutorials - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall online customer experience - Monitor online reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through attentive and personalized support

Requirements: - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize workload effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications - Previous experience in customer service or online support is preferred - Motivated and energetic personality with a passion for helping customers - Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers and resolve issues
