Job Description:
As an Online Support Assistant at Philip Morris International, you will be responsible for providing online support to customers and clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all users. Your primary role will involve responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, or social media platforms, resolving technical issues, and troubleshooting any problems that may arise. You will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner 2. Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions 3. Assisting customers with account management and online orders 4. Collaborating with other team members to ensure consistent and efficient support 5. Monitoring social media platforms for customer feedback and responding appropriately 6. Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions 7. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing solutions 8. Providing feedback and suggestions for product or service enhancements
Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent 2. 1 year of experience in a customer service or online support role 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively 5. Proficiency with online communication tools and platforms 6. Dedication to providing exceptional customer service 7. Adaptability to changing priorities and a fast-paced environment 8. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically 9. Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers and resolve issues
