Online Support Associate

Job Description:

PBF Energy is seeking a part-time Online Support Associate to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As an Associate Level position with a requirement of 4 years of experience, the Online Support Associate will be responsible for providing online customer support and assistance. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and dedicated, with strong time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online channels such as email, chat, and social media - Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues related to our products or services - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer support or related role - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms - Adaptable and dedicated with excellent time management skills - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
