Online Support Associate

Job Description:

Air Products & Chemicals is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as an Online Support Associate in Montreal, Quebec, CA. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience working in a customer service or support role.

Responsibilities: - Provide online support to customers via email, chat, and phone - Assist customers with product inquiries, technical issues, and order processing - Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service - Collaborate with other team members to provide a seamless customer experience - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Independent and confident personality traits - Strong planning and communication skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Excellent problem-solving skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and online support tools - Ability to work both independently and in a team environment - Bilingual in English and French is preferred
