Job Description: As an Online Support Manager at Sobeys in Montreal, Quebec, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our online platform users. You will communicate with customers through various channels including chat, email, and phone to address their concerns, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless online shopping experience. You will also work closely with other departments to improve processes and enhance the overall user experience.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via chat, email, and phone - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to online shopping, account management, and order fulfillment - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve technical problems - Monitor online platform performance and report any issues to the appropriate teams - Develop and maintain knowledge base articles to assist customers with self-help solutions - Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements to the online platform - Provide training and guidance to new support team members - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online support
Requirements: - 5 years of experience in customer service or technical support - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Adaptability to changing circumstances and processes - Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service - Energetic and enthusiastic about helping customers - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in using customer support tools and software - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
