Job Description - Online Support Manager

United States Steel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Online Support Manager to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, CA. This is a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, requiring a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role.


As an Online Support Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage all aspects of online customer support for United States Steel. This includes responding to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner, troubleshooting technical problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective resolution of any issues that may arise. You will also be responsible for managing a team of online support representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure the team meets or exceeds performance targets.


In addition to managing day-to-day support operations, the Online Support Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve online support processes and systems, with a focus on enhancing the overall customer experience. This will involve working closely with other departments within the company to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions to address any issues that may arise.
