Job Description - Online Support Manager

Job Description:


Occidental Petroleum is seeking an experienced and motivated Online Support Manager to join our team in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the Online Support Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing all online support operations for our company.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement online support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Manage and lead a team of online support representatives - Monitor and analyze online support performance metrics to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and high-quality online support services - Develop training programs for online support representatives - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online support management - Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolutions in a timely manner - Create reports and presentations on online support performance for senior management


Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in online support management - Proven track record of successfully managing online support operations - Strong communication and presentation skills - Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Motivated and driven personality - Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
