Job Description - Online Support Manager

Job Description: Stryker, a leading medical technology company, is seeking a highly qualified Online Support Manager to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As the Online Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our online support services to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. This is a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, requiring a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement online support strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention rates. - Manage a team of online support specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs and issues in a timely manner. - Analyze and report on key performance metrics related to online support services. - Develop and implement training programs for online support staff to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online support services.


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. - Passionate and hardworking personality traits. - Strong strategic planning and project management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications. - Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
