Online Support Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Online Support Officer to join our team at Lam Research in Montreal, Quebec. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing online support to our customers and clients. This is a part-time position with the opportunity for professional development and growth within our organization.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries through various online platforms. 2. Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and escalate more complex problems to the appropriate department. 3. Maintain a high level of attention to detail when documenting customer interactions and resolving issues. 4. Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve our online support services and processes. 5. Use creativity to find innovative solutions for customer problems and suggest improvements to our online platforms. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and provide feedback to management on ways to enhance the customer experience. 7. Participate in training programs to develop your skills and knowledge of our products and services.

Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in a customer service or online support role. 2. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 4. Creative problem-solving abilities and a knack for thinking outside the box. 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Proficiency in using online support tools and platforms. 7. A positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with team members.
