Job Description:
Dean Foods is seeking a part-time Online Support Representative to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional online customer support to our clients. The successful candidate will be highly resilient, energetic, persuasive, and adaptable, with a keen ability to problem-solve in high-pressure situations.
Responsibilities: - Respond to online inquiries and provide customer support through various online platforms - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company updates - Assist with online order processing and fulfillment - Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and efficiency
Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or support role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction goals - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online support platforms - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Resilient and energetic personality traits - Soft skills in persuasion and adaptability
