Job Description:
Bell Canada is currently seeking a passionate and energetic Online Support Representative to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As an Associate Level role, the Online Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our online customers.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues via online chat, email, and social media platforms. 2. Provide guidance and support to customers on using Bell Canada products and services. 3. Identify and escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate teams for resolution. 4. Maintain a high level of emotional intelligence when interacting with customers to ensure a positive experience. 5. Demonstrate attention to detail when documenting customer interactions and technical issues for reference. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve online support processes and procedures. 7. Stay up-to-date on Bell Canada products, services, and promotions to better assist customers. 8. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or technical support roles. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to multitask and adapt to fast-paced environments. 4. Proficient in using online chat platforms and social media for customer support. 5. Excellent problem-solving skills and a dedication to resolving customer issues. 6. Demonstrated emotional intelligence and empathy towards customers. 7. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in documentation and information gathering.
