Online Support Representative

Job Description:

Omnicom Group, a leading global advertising and marketing communications company, is seeking a part-time Online Support Representative to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are hardworking, motivated, and have a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide online support to customers via email, chat, and social media platforms. 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, technical issues, and troubleshooting. 3. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any customer complaints in a professional manner. 4. Utilize persuasion skills to upsell products and services to customers. 5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide the best support possible.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. 2. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred but not mandatory. 3. No prior experience necessary; training will be provided. 4. Must have a positive attitude and be willing to learn and grow within the company. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed. 7. Must be detail-oriented and have strong persuasion skills.
