Online Support Representative

NextEra Energy is seeking a part-time Online Support Representative to join our team in Toronto, Ontario, CA. We are looking for an energetic and hardworking individual with at least 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role.

As an Online Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online users. Your main duties will include responding to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner, troubleshooting technical problems, and escalating issues as needed. You will also be responsible for documenting customer interactions and feedback to help improve our online support services.

To be successful in this role, you must have strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a keen attention to detail. Experience with CRM systems and online support platforms is preferred.
