Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Online Web Chat Assistant to join our team at Penske Automotive Group in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage online web chat inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about our products and services - Assist customers with placing orders and resolving any issues or complaints - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times

Requirements: - Independent and passionate individual who is dedicated to providing excellent customer service - Strong innovation and problem-solving skills - Previous experience in customer service or online chat support is preferred - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
