Online Web Chat Assistant

Job Description:

US Foods Holding is seeking a passionate and hardworking Online Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As an Associate level position, the Online Web Chat Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat platforms, resolving customer inquiries, escalations, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. This is a part-time position with the potential for growth within the company for the right candidate.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through online chat platforms to provide support and assistance. 2. Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with empathy and professionalism. 3. Utilize emotional intelligence to de-escalate tense situations and provide solutions to customer issues. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions. 6. Stay up to date on product and service offerings to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Meet and exceed performance metrics for response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively via online chat platforms. 3. High emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customer concerns. 4. Passion for providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues. 5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. 6. Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
