Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Online Web Chat Associate to join our team at W.R. Berkley in Toronto, Ontario, CA. As an Entry Level Online Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing online support to customers through live chat on our website. This part-time position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through live chat on our website - Resolve customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring a positive experience for all users - Collaborate with other team members to optimize online customer support processes - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a strong desire to learn and grow in a customer service role - Driven and resourceful with a positive attitude - Strong project management and planning skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software - Must be detail-oriented and have a high level of accuracy in your work
