Online Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

As an Online Web Chat Associate at SunTrust Banks in Vancouver, British Columbia, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess a high degree of independence and resourcefulness, as well as demonstrate strong soft skills in cooperation and persuasion.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through online chat to resolve inquiries, provide information, and troubleshoot issues - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by responding promptly and professionally - Utilize resources and product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their banking needs - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet and exceed performance targets and goals set by management

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - 4+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a banking or financial services environment - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online chat platforms
