Online Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

Performance Food Group is seeking a skilled Online Web Chat Manager to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a part-time position with mid-to-senior level seniority, we are looking for a candidate with at least 7 years of experience in online customer service management. The ideal candidate will be driven and passionate about providing excellent customer service through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all online web chat communications with customers - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Monitor chat performance metrics and implement improvements as needed - Train and mentor chat agents to ensure high-quality customer interactions - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve customer experience - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service

Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in online customer service management - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically - Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and drive a team towards goals - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - High level of proficiency with online chat platforms and customer service software - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
