Job Description:
Union Pacific is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Web Chat Manager to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. This part-time position is ideal for mid-to-senior level professionals with at least 6 years of experience in online customer service management.
As an Online Web Chat Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all online chat interactions with customers on our website. You will lead a team of online chat representatives, ensuring that they provide excellent customer service, resolve issues in a timely manner, and maintain a positive online presence for the company.
Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise a team of online chat representatives - Develop and implement chat support protocols and procedures - Monitor chat interactions to ensure quality and consistency - Train and mentor chat representatives on best practices in online customer service - Analyze chat data and feedback to improve customer service processes - Work with other departments to resolve escalated customer issues - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies related to online customer service - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance the online customer experience
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - 6+ years of experience in online customer service management - Strong leadership and communication skills - Proven track record of managing online chat teams effectively - Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Hardworking and confident personality - Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making - Experience with online chat software and CRM systems
