Qualcomm is seeking a part-time Online Web Chat Manager to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 7 years of experience in online chat management.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage online web chat platform to provide excellent customer service to users. 2. Supervise a team of online chat agents to ensure timely and professional responses. 3. Implement and optimize chatbot technology to enhance user experience. 4. Monitor chat performance metrics and create reports for management. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate chat support with other customer service channels. 6. Develop and implement chat engagement strategies to increase user satisfaction and retention.
Requirements: 1. Confident and motivated individual with strong communication and leadership skills. 2. Ability to work well in a team environment and deliver impactful presentations. 3. Proven experience in online chat management and familiarity with chatbot technology. 4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 5. Knowledge of customer service best practices and trends in online chat support. 6. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
