Online Web Chat Officer

As an Online Web Chat Officer at NCR in Toronto, Ontario, CA, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. This part-time Associate Level position requires at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Interact with customers via online web chat to provide assistance and resolve inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. 2. Research and analyze customer issues to provide accurate information and solutions. 3. Collaborate with other teams to escalate and follow up on customer concerns when necessary. 4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while handling multiple chat sessions simultaneously. 5. Document all interactions and transactions accurately in the company database.

Requirements: 1. Resourceful and passionate about delivering excellent customer service. 2. Strong research and analytical skills to understand and address customer needs effectively. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. 5.
