Online Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

UGI, a leading online platform in the Vancouver area, is seeking a dynamic and energetic Online Web Chat Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through online web chat to provide support and assistance with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution. - Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company in all interactions. - Utilize negotiation skills to address customer concerns and find mutually beneficial solutions. - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all communication channels. - Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: - Energetic and resilient personality traits to handle a fast-paced and sometimes challenging online environment. - Strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Previous experience in customer service or a related field is required. - Proficiency in typing and navigating online platforms. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently. - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
