Job Description:

HollyFrontier is seeking a dedicated and independent Online Web Chat Officer to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As an Associate Level Online Web Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality online customer support through web chat services.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to provide real-time assistance and support - Answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information - Utilize excellent communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and accurate information is provided to customers - Monitor web chat interactions and maintain accurate records of customer interactions - Identify opportunities for improvement in the web chat process and suggest solutions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer experience through web chat

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or online support - Strong project management and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and customer support software - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
