Online Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

JetBlue Airways is looking for a dedicated and resilient Online Web Chat Officer to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As an Entry Level position, the Online Web Chat Officer will be responsible for interacting with customers through online chat to provide support, answer inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to grow within the company.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through online chat to assist with booking flights, resolving issues, and answering questions - Provide accurate and timely information to customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction - Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalations - Maintain a positive attitude and represent JetBlue Airways in a professional manner - Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery - Stay up-to-date on airline policies, procedures, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Adaptability to changing customer needs and situations - People management skills to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively - No prior experience required - training will be provided - Must be dedicated to providing excellent customer service - Resilient attitude to handle challenging situations with grace
