L'Oréal Canada is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Online Web Chat Representative to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As a part-time Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service and online communication.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information via online web chat platform 2. Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or concerns 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer queries 4. Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction 5. Utilize problem-solving skills to address complex customer issues and escalate when necessary 6. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist customers 7. Work collaboratively with other departments to improve the online customer experience
Requirements: 1. Excellent written communication skills and ability to engage with customers in a professional manner 2. Strong decision-making skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and tact 3. Previous experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment 4. Proficiency in using online chat platforms and basic computer skills 5. Resourceful and able to work independently as well as part of a team 6. Energetic and able to adapt to changing customer needs and inquiries 7. Strong people management skills and ability to multitask effectively
