Job Description: Land O’Lakes is seeking a part-time Online Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through online web chat to provide support and answer questions - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate issues when necessary - Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in the online chat platform - Maintain a positive and adaptable attitude in a fast-paced environment - Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by management - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Adaptability and motivation to succeed in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment - Strong communication skills and the ability to think creatively to solve customer issues - Proficiency in typing and using online chat platforms - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent - Fluency in English and French is preferred
