Job description:
Allstate is seeking a Remote Support Assistant to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, CA. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. As a Remote Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing remote technical support to our clients and assisting them with any issues they may encounter.
Responsibilities: - Provide remote technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues - Collaborate with the IT team to escalate complex problems - Maintain accurate records of client interactions - Provide training and guidance to clients on using our software and systems - Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and best practices
Requirements: - Energetic and independent personality traits - Strong presentation and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload - Experience working in a fast-paced environment - Technical knowledge of software and systems - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
