Job Description:
AGCO is seeking a dedicated and driven Remote Support Assistant to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills to provide efficient remote support to our clients.
Responsibilities: - Provide remote technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat - Troubleshoot issues with software and hardware - Install and update software applications for clients - Assist with setup and configuration of devices - Document all support interactions and resolutions - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member - Collaborate with team members to improve support processes
Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a remote support role - Strong technical knowledge of software and hardware systems - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills - Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
