Remote Support Assistant

SunTrust Banks is seeking a dynamic Remote Support Assistant to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are energetic and driven, with a passion for innovation and teamwork. As a Remote Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our remote workforce, ensuring that they have the tools and resources they need to succeed in their roles.

Responsibilities: - Provide technical support to remote employees via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, escalating as needed - Assist with remote onboarding and training processes - Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions - Collaborate with team members to continuously improve support processes - Provide excellent customer service to all employees

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team - A high level of technical proficiency, with the ability to troubleshoot common IT issues - Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks - A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment - Must be eligible for visa sponsorship in Canada - Must have access to a gym membership, as physical health is important to us - Must be interested in participating in our retirement plan - No prior experience is required - we are looking for individuals with a passion for helping others and a desire to contribute to a meaningful mission
