Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support to various teams within the company, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and handling correspondence. 2. Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents as needed. 3. Respond to inquiries from clients, customers, and internal staff in a timely and professional manner. 4. Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. 5. Collaborate with team members to accomplish project goals and deadlines. 6. Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, managing contracts, and coordinating vendor services. 7. Help with event planning and coordination, both in-person and virtually. 8. Attend and participate in team meetings, providing input and support as needed. 9. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.
Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a similar support role. 2. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software tools. 5. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. 6. Passionate and adaptable mindset to thrive in a dynamic work environment. 7. Strong cooperation and decision-making skills to contribute effectively to team projects. 8. Ability to work from home and manage workload efficiently. 9. Comfortable with technology and remote communication tools. 10. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
