Remote Support Associate

Job Description:

Harley-Davidson is seeking a Remote Support Associate to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a part-time entry-level position, the Remote Support Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our remote customers. This position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or technical support role.

Responsibilities: - Provide timely and accurate support to customers via phone, email, or chat - Troubleshoot technical issues related to our products and services - Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and returns - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues - Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - Adaptable and reliable personality traits - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Excellent teamwork and communication skills - Ability to work independently in a remote environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent - Must have a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work
