Remote Support Associate

Job Description: Ford Motor Company is seeking a Remote Support Associate to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be confident and resourceful, with strong critical thinking and project management skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote support to customers and internal team members - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions - Document and track support tickets and escalate as needed - Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and efficiency - Assist with project management tasks as assigned - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a support or customer service role - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using remote support tools and software - Confidence and resourcefulness in handling diverse situations - Critical thinking and project management skills - Availability to work part-time hours as needed
