Job Description:
Shopify is seeking a dedicated and resourceful part-time Support Associate to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As a Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have regarding our products or services.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with our products or services - Assist customers with account management and billing inquiries - Collaborate with the technical team to escalate and resolve complex issues - Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience - Other duties as assigned
Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Resourceful and driven individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong people management and analysis skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using customer service software and tools - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
