Job Description: Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated and hardworking Remote Support Associate to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As an Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing remote support to our clients, ensuring their technical issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues for clients. 3. Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues as needed. 4. Update client records and document solutions in our support system. 5. Stay current on industry trends and technologies to better assist clients. 6. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge. 7. Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support role. 3. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. 4. Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in troubleshooting software and hardware issues. 6. Ability to work independently in a remote setting and adapt to changing priorities. 7. Knowledge of various operating systems and software applications. 8. Certification in ITIL or other relevant certifications is a plus.
