Support Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a Support Associate to join our team at Goodyear Tire & Rubber. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from home in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As a Support Associate, you will be responsible for assisting our customers with their inquiries, providing technical support, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide technical support for products or services as needed - Escalate customer issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes - Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - 4 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role - Resourceful and reliable personality traits - Strong leadership and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and in a team setting
