Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remote Support Manager to join our team at Apache in Toronto, Ontario, CA. As a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, the ideal candidate should have at least 7 years of experience in remote technical support and management.
Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage a team of remote support specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and support as needed 2. Develop and implement efficient remote support processes and procedures 3. Monitor and evaluate remote support performance metrics to ensure quality and efficiency 4. Collaborate with other departments to address technical issues and provide timely solutions 5. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in remote support management 6. Handle escalated customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner 7. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback for continuous improvement 8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements: 1. Proven experience in remote technical support and management 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 3. Strong leadership and team management capabilities 4. Technical proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving 5. Motivated and resourceful personality traits 6. Critical thinking and problem-solving soft skills 7. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field (preferred) 8. Availability for part-time work and occasional overtime 9. Ability to travel as needed for on-site support interventions 10. Strong commitment to excellence and upholding high standards in all endeavors
