Job Description - Support Manager

Job Description: State Street Corp. is seeking a part-time Support Manager to join our team in Toronto, Ontario, CA. The Support Manager will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day support operations for our organization. This position is at the Associate level and requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide leadership and direction to the support team to ensure smooth operations. 2. Manage and resolve any escalated client issues or concerns in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Develop and implement support processes and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. 4. Monitor support ticket queue and allocate resources accordingly to meet service level agreements. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for improvements in products and services. 6. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to support team members. 7. Create and deliver presentations to internal stakeholders on support team performance and key metrics. 8. Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 9. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and make recommendations for continuous improvement.


Requirements: 1. Hardworking and dedicated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. 2. Excellent decision-making skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 3. Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate complex ideas clearly. 4. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a support management role. 5. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 6. Experience working in a financial services industry is preferred. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software. 8. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
