Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and independent Support Manager to join our team at Lithia Motors in Toronto, Ontario. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the support team and ensuring that all customer inquiries and concerns are handled in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to the team and making impactful decisions to improve customer satisfaction and enhance the overall customer experience.
Responsibilities: - Oversee the support team and ensure that all customer inquiries and concerns are handled promptly and professionally - Provide leadership and guidance to the team to ensure optimal performance and productivity - Monitor and analyze support metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide solutions to ensure a positive customer experience - Train and onboard new support team members to ensure they are equipped to handle customer inquiries effectively - Develop and implement support processes and procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiency - Manage and resolve escalated customer issues in a timely and satisfactory manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Minimum of 7 years of experience in a customer support or related role - Strong leadership skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure - Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions to customer issues - Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects and initiatives - Passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional support - Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
