Job Description - Remote Support Manager


Job Description:


Mondelez International is seeking a part-time Remote Support Manager to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in a similar role and possess a high level of resourcefulness and drive. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the remote support team, ensuring that all customer inquiries and technical issues are addressed promptly and effectively.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of remote support agents, providing guidance, training, and support. 2. Monitor and analyze support ticket metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. 3. Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the remote support team. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination. 5. Provide timely and accurate responses to escalated customer inquiries and technical issues. 6. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. 7. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in remote technical support. 8. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2. 8+ years of experience in a remote support management role. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills. 4. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and solve complex problems. 5. Excellent emotional intelligence and persuasion skills. 6. Proficiency in technical support tools and software. 7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 8. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
