Job Description - Support Manager

Job Description:


BB&T Corp. is seeking a dedicated and independent Support Manager to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA on a part-time basis. As a Support Manager at BB&T Corp., you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various support functions within the company. This position is suited for someone with mid-to-senior level experience, with at least 7 years of relevant experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to enhance support functions within the company - Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient and effective support services - Manage a team of support staff and provide guidance and support as needed - Monitor performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement company-wide support initiatives - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to support staff


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred) - 7+ years of experience in a support management role - Strong negotiation and analysis skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software - Knowledge of industry best practices and trends
