Job Description - Support Manager

Job Description:


We are seeking a confident and energetic Support Manager to join our team at First Data in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of support staff and ensuring that our customers receive top-notch assistance with any issues or inquiries they may have. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring at least 7 years of relevant experience.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of support staff, including training, coaching, and performance evaluations - Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective support services - Monitor support metrics and ensure that service level agreements are met or exceeded - Troubleshoot complex customer issues and escalate as needed - Collaborate with other departments, such as IT and product development, to improve support processes and systems - Provide regular reports to senior management on support team performance and customer feedback


Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in a customer support or service management role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude towards customer satisfaction - Experience with CRM software and support ticketing systems - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
