Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Remote Support Manager to join our team at Time Warner in Toronto, Ontario. As a part-time Associate Level role, the Remote Support Manager will be responsible for managing a team of remote support specialists who provide technical assistance to our customers. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and possess a passion for customer service and technology.
Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of remote support specialists to ensure high-quality customer service and technical support - Develop and implement support processes and procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiency - Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback to support staff as needed - Collaborate with other departments to resolve technical issues and customer complaints in a timely manner - Maintain a strong knowledge of our products and services to better assist customers and support staff - Analyze support data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for success - Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all interactions with customers and team members
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field - 5+ years of experience in a remote support or technical support management role - Strong communication and critical thinking skills - Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and technical support - Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment - Proven track record of team management and leadership - Experience with remote support tools and software - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a remote team
