Job Description - Support Manager

Job Description:


Roche Diagnostics is seeking a passionate and resourceful Support Manager to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the support operations of our company and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service possible.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of support specialists and analysts - Develop and implement support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor and analyze support metrics to identify areas for improvement - Provide coaching and professional development opportunities for team members - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless support operations - Handle escalations and resolve complex customer issues - Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the support team - Assist in the development of support training programs - Manage the support budget and track expenses - Travel to customer sites as needed


Requirements: - 8 years of experience in a support management role - Strong analytical skills and ability to identify trends and patterns in support data - Innovative mindset and ability to think outside the box - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing support teams - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field - Experience with CRM software and support tools
