Remote Support Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Support Manager to join our team at Oshkosh in Montreal, Quebec, CA. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring at least 5 years of experience in a related field. The ideal candidate will be driven, adaptable, and have excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote support staff to provide technical assistance to clients - Develop and implement strategies to improve remote support services and customer satisfaction - Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to ensure efficient and effective support operations - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall customer experience - Handle escalated issues in a timely and professional manner - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in remote support services - Foster a positive and collaborative working environment for remote support staff

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience - Proven experience in remote support management - Strong communication and leadership skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and in a team - Proficiency in remote support software and tools - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
